METAPHYSICAL FOG
The border between the spiritual dimension and the earth reality is not a hard and fast barrier.
The spirit is incarnate in a human body which is not perfectly uniform one to the other. There are genetic differences in the human body and physical anomalies in the earth that create a sort of foggy separation between the earthly reality that our bodies perceive and the spiritual dimension that the spirit knows but is essentially blinded to while it is incarnate in a human body.
For this reason we have dreams in our sleep and visions in our waking state where we have glimpses of the spiritual dimension. People report seeing ghosts all the time. Sometimes ghosts they recognize as departed friends or family and sometime strangers.
Sometimes these ghost bring information.
Sometimes we get premonitions about the future with regards to small events in our lives and sometimes larger events that inform us about global events.
There are humans who meditate for large blocks of time and over many years and are able to see more clearly through the metaphysical fog and into the spiritual dimension. And there are humans who never meditate and have the gift of vision and prophecy to see the future. In the spiritual dimension there is no past and future so both are easy to see. It is like all human endeavors, some people are gifted from birth, some acquire their gifts by concentration, determination and hard work.
We can each reach a greater level of understanding and see through the metaphysical fog that separates the earthly reality from the spiritual reality if we take the time to pray and meditate. When we do this, we begin to achieve peace because we do not become so focused on the earthly reality that we are confused into thinking that the earthly reality is the true reality.
Through the metaphysical fog sometimes we can see clearly and sometimes we can see dimly and sometimes we can only see the tangible reality. But the fact that we see at all reminds us that there is more to our existence than the ever present tangible reality and all its barriers.
Peace comes in knowing that our reality is not as solid as we think and that we are spiritual beings from a spiritual dimension temporarily residing in a human body that allows us to distinguish time and space and to intensely experience a distinguished dualistic universe of positive and negative, of light and darkness.
